Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Profit Shapers, Inc. ("ProfitShapers," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.profitshapers.com (the "Site") and interact with the forms and content on it. It does not cover the separate ProfitShapers application platform you sign into after creating an account, which is governed by its own agreement and privacy notice — the ProfitShapers Privacy Policy v2.0 (effective July 10, 2026), supplemented by the AI & Data-Processing Disclosure v1.0 — presented to you when you create that account. The platform policy accepted at ClientHub account creation: Privacy Policy v2.0 →, supplemented by the AI & Data-Processing Disclosure v1.0 → (incorporated into the platform Terms of Service by reference).

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a walkthrough or demo, start a trial inquiry, or apply to the partner program, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, business email address, company name, role, and any phone number or message you choose to include. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information is in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage information such as the pages you view, the link or source that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand how visitors find and use the Site (analytics).
• To communicate with you about the products and services you asked about.
• Where you have consented, to measure marketing performance and build advertising audiences.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are set by default and you may decline them using the cookie banner or your browser settings. Within the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set until you opt in through the cookie banner.

We do not currently enable Google's advertising features (such as Google Signals, cross-device remarketing, or demographics and interests reporting). If we enable them in the future, we will do so only with your consent where required and will update this policy and our Cookie Policy accordingly.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

• With service providers who process data on our behalf — for example Google Analytics, and the customer-relationship system we use to manage and follow up on inquiries.
• Within the ProfitShapers ecosystem as needed to fulfill the request you made.
• When required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of ProfitShapers, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

International data transfers

ProfitShapers operates in the United States, and the providers we use may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records — after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.

Your privacy rights

EEA / UK / Switzerland. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We rely on your consent for analytics and marketing, on our legitimate interests for operating and securing the Site, and on taking steps at your request when responding to your inquiries. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money; if advertising features are enabled in the future, you can opt out using the cookie banner.

Third-party links

The Site links to other services, including the ProfitShapers Hub sign-in and assessment flows. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
